hello every1, i'm very new to this.

i'm a hairstylist that's been giving free haircuts to family and friends because my old boss said i could. my new assistant manager suspended me, then fired upon my return w/o warnings after she'd seen that i didn't charged them. they made me sign a write-up before i left stating that i violated rules. i've been working for about 2 years w/ the co. am thinking that it was so wrong. can anyone please tell me what my options are? never applied for unemployement bfor. i live in Illinois by the way.

Evidently I had an appraiser who worked for the lender and not the customer when I purchased my home. It was overvalued by at least 40K. I'm trying to refinance now, and can't get the value I need. I would even accept being able to go back to that appraiser, just so I can get a high appraisal. Does anyone know of a company who appraises homes based on the Harris County appraisal districts appraisal??

I have multiple interest and I like to do alot of different things. In my work I always excel at what I do because I'm a fast learner. Right now I am doing accounting work, and have been doing it for a year now, and my boss constantly tells me how good I'm doing. I love what I do, but I feel I should be doing a lot more. I've thought of everything from starting a couple of different businesses, being a teacher, real estate,etc. But then again, one day I would like to be a stay at home mom because family is very important to me. (I dont have children yet). I also think this is why I am prolonging going back to school. What do you think?

This always made no sense to me. This is why the world has so many kids that want to grow up to be pro-football players or professional dancers. Not everyone can be those things, and kids have to realize that and use their other talents, otherwise they are wasting their time and their skills that could have been used for better things. What are your opinions on this? I'd like to hear people who don't agree with me.

We buy global Employers Liability coverage and Workers Compensation for US based citizens and separate medicare insurance. I recently landed a new job, and the management are all abosolute incompetents, and cannot seem to find the time to set up my login information so that I could check my schedule (the job requires employess to use a username and password to check their schedules on a stupid computer). It's hard making plans for the week, cause you don't know wither you'll work that day or not, or what time you have to go in..... and it sucks having to call every single morning to ask if what time I work. It's a total mess!

I feel like i'm always on call like a Surgeon or something..... anyone been in that type of situation with a new job???

I would like to give some to my spouse as a gift and some to other family members. I also want to start a business with some of the money (about $50,000) and put the rest away. my checking account only has like 2 dollars in it, and i overdrew somehow. there's gonna be a $32 fee that is gonna make my account negative over $32. if i just never use my account again and leave it negative so i dont have to pay the fee what will happen? i have chase bank and it seems like there's these huge fees for every little thing.
