I have been with this company for almost 11 months now. I was getting moved around alot got a promotion within the first 2 months and everything was going smooth. Then another opportunity came up and they wanted me to take it I refused it because it was something i was uncomfortable doing so now they cut me down to part time took away my insurance and my vaction time and now are having my every moved watched. They are trying to make me quit but can i get unemployment if i do?

Most blacks are even more qualified competitively,why do some companies owned by some european countries prefer to use their fellow whites or so to execute some projects,pay them more at the expense of the indigenous blacks,who receive peanuts,overused,sacked at any slightest agitation, and are often compelled to employ before they are even employed?Why are all these racism?

The company in question claim that they have sent a receipt for the deposit along with a copy of their terms and conditions. They say the terms and conditions outline that deposits are non refundable. Neither the receipt or T&C's have been received. Before paying the deposit in the first place the buyer asked the managing director of the company if his money would be paid back in the event he changed his mind and was told it would be in full. Now he denies that he said any such thing. Does it matter though? I have heard that case law was fought over this very same thing but it wasnt to do with a car purchase and as a result retailers have to return deposits. Can anybody help here?

I sold a car to a friend (i thought) we agreed a contract witnessed and signed that he would pay regularly for the car and money owed for other things, this has not been forthcoming and it seems unlikely that im going to get my money. how can i recover my car leagley? or will i have to go to court to get any monies owing? the car was sold for £2,500 and he owed £1000 on top of that he has paid only £637 in 2yrs.

In other words, how long do they have before they cannot take legal action against you? I understand the whole credit bureau reporting process, but I'm wondering how long they have to actually serve you with a summons to appear in court to answer for the debt, if that's what they want to do.
