If you're about to lose your truck, then you need to contact the bank that holds the title. Banks lose money on repos and foreclosures and are usually willing to work something out. Try to see if they will set up some payment plan with you to catch up...though they may want it withdrawn directly from your pay.
You also need to contact your local govt. agency. Child support payments are based on the amount of money you make, so if your income has dropped significantly, your child support payments may go down. Contact the Friend of the Court and your car loan company TODAY!!!

If your credit is bad, you'll probably need a co-signer. Do you have a good friend or family member that would be willing to do that? If not, i'd first look into my credit to see just how bad it is. Then i'd start contacting different loan companies. You'd be suprised what there is out there, and who they'll give money to. Don't get in over your head though, you will have to pay the money back, and if your credit is bad, your interest will probably be high.
Another option, depending on how much money you need is to look into a pay day loan place. They will pretty much loan to anybody, as long as you have a job, and have had it a deccent amount of time. They don't even look into your credit. But generally those places are only good for a few hundred dollars, and you have to pay it back within a month.

If your truck does not have a loan on it you can still get a secure loan by using your truck. Some places like Beneficial give loans but they charge alot of interest. Your bank might give a loan if you allow them to take the payment out automatic from your account.
Get some secure credit cards and fix your credit in the future. Even with the fees they charge it will repair your credit. Try Orchard Bank.

Sadly, it's nearly impossible. All that you can hope to do is find a very high-interest loan, as anyone willing to take on such a risky contract will want to be well compensated. If you search on-line, I'm sure you'll find someone sooner or later, and they will hit you over the head with an insane rate. If you can't pay your current bills, adding another at a higher interest rate might not be the smartest thing you can do.

You don't want a loan. Ask family or friends. But will you be in the same situation next month?
That's cool that you pay your child support on time, every month. So many men don't.

borrowing more money isn't going to put you in any better of a situation. maybe you can downgrade to a cheaper vehicle. If you are having a temporary money situation talk to your loan company, they should be able to defer a payment or two and add it to the end of your loan.

I would suggest yu contact your lender as soon as possible. maybe visit youreapproved.org to find bad credit lenders. You may also want to look into going back to court to have your child support payments amended as well.

it sounds as though you have repayments on the truck - ask the loan company to give you a holiday of 3 months
I don't want to sound nasty but if your ex-partner has a man moved in perhaps the child support should be lowered.
Hope things get better for you soon
