I am at a job that is going through a company buy out. I am a supervisor that might not be hired. My 99 Grand Prix GTP needs about 1000 dollars worth of work to make it the perfect car. But I want a SUV. I just got word that this dealership is basically giving cars away. I want to try to get me a 2006 Equinox. My man works and he helps alot I just want a new car. Should I try to get one and if they let me get it should I take it??? Help me please!!!!

I reside in the US and have a property overseas that I want to refinance.
The current mortgage is with a bank in that country.
I would like to refinance with a US bank, as interest rates are lower here. Is there a bank in the US that will lend for overseas properties?

I'm in a relatively senior position of some responsibility and while I don't have any plans to have kids, it could happen one day. My company would really suffer without me and I'm sure they would punish me by changing my role or by sacking me on some other pretext. Its an engineering firm and I'm the only female engineer. Some of my colleagues have already made comments along the lines of how unfair it is that women get 'holidays' to have kids and that they think women should choose between a career and a family. Funny, men don't have to make that choice!

Hey, I recently started up a clothing line locally, but I want to expand it. But in order to do this I need someone or a couple people to invest in the business so I can bulk order my products. I tried getting a small business loan, but I dont have enough established credit. Does anyone have any helpful hints? I would like to have this clothing line completely developed and maybe into a major store by Spring '07.
