Best way is local business advertising.
Dry cleaners
Car dealerships
Internet cafe
Burger joints
Car wash
Detail shops
Etc.
Go for "local" places right there in town.I have seen this type of advertizing work for similar projects many times.

Good luck!

Google adSense - or Yahoo! or MSN ads - is a great and easy way to earn some money with your website.

But you'll need a lot of traffic : you should get a 5$/1000 page loads...

Depending on your traffic, maybe it's worth the time.

I'd do it, plus an online store where visitors/students/relatives/friends would be able to order some school-crested products (mugs, t-shirts, memo pads, pens, pins, etc.)

Good luck !

I don't know what a "high education website" is but I'd recommend contacting other schools that have similar pages and seeing where they get their funding. Ads aren't common on educational websites so I would assume it's either government funded or a tax/tuition funded endeavor.

Good luck
