I would like start a micro distillery. Where can I find info?

Ive checked some spots online, but I cant find any information on the topic except for restaurant reviews. I am trying to find info that would share what exactly I would need in terms of equipment and beginning supplies to start a micro distillery/eatery. Does anyone have any resources available?

Your local liquor store should sell the stuff. What's strange is that in North Florida you can make beer at 18, but you can't drink it. I hope you know how because it took him a while to get it right. He spent weeks wasting crappy tasting beer.
