the company I work for went bankrupt, therefore carried the remaining business over to a new location under a new name. I got lucky and they offered me a position in this "New" company. i am Material Controls and assistant office manager. Although i get paid for less than that position should.
So my boss ( I was close to him as a boss and a friend) moved on to another position in a differnt company. Before he left, he hired someone to fill his position. So i am now TRYING to train my new boss. He has little clue what is going on, but won't let me help him. Meanwhile (and this is the part I need to know) he wants me to give him a copy of my resume. I have been with this company for 2 years, and i don't feel i need to give it to him.
FYI, we are just a warehouse with our main company based in china.
