i dont under stand what an enhanced disclosure means whwn applying 4 jobs---can any1 explain it 4 me?

An enhanced disclosure costs £34 and your employer will usually pay part or all of this. You need an enhanced disclosure when working with vulnerable people such as children, disabled people or the elderly. They will show if you have any previous criminal convictions, If you have any convictions, you may be refused employment.

It is more detailed background check that employer's do before hiring you. It includes a criminal check.
