9/10 is only a TV saying does not apply to real life, usually the legal owner has a right to chattels or real property their is adverse position for real property but take many years and many other factors

Question is way to vague. That saying applies to personal property sometimes. What happened? Did you forget to return your neighbors lawnmower because he messed up your weed-eater and now you feel like he owes you for it?
