Most blacks are even more qualified competitively,why do some companies owned by some european countries prefer to use their fellow whites or so to execute some projects,pay them more at the expense of the indigenous blacks,who receive peanuts,overused,sacked at any slightest agitation, and are often compelled to employ before they are even employed?Why are all these racism?

Racism, sexism, prejudice, jealousy, how people look and weigh, pride, having/ wanting a family, ignorance and then obsessing and being suspicious about those things (even if not present) will always be around.
**it happens. Live your life and if something happens to you then sue.
But I don't understand this race quota that some countries have (American) have to have. I have not heard of this in Europe, since you point out European companies.
In those "quota" companies maybe the black quota was filled and other ethnic groups need to make the cut. Personally I think it is a stupid thing to do. People should be hired on their skills and ignorance should be fired.

Europe is where slavery and racism started. Slavery and racism was brought here during the colonial days, lasted through the 1700's and then lasted through the Civil war, which ended in May of 1865. Unfortunately it's lasted through the centuries and poisons the minds of (again, unfortunately) a good chunk of the white population, and it doesn't look like it'll stop soon seeing as how the Ku Klux Klan still exist. If it weren't for they're sudden revival in the "Boomin' 20's!" where they marched through the capital and were confident enough to take off they're mask, they would be out of sight and out of mind. And don't think that they're the only white group. Though the KKK is most well known, there are some small town groups that think that whites are the dominate race. And as much as we all just want them to drop dead where they stand that isn't going to happen very soon. Though hopefully it'll happen soon. And if I was President I'd..........well, I'm not, though I do wish that a future President would put an end to this. It's plagued humanity long enough.

People learn from there ancestors. It was and still is common belief that non whites are an inferior race, with much less intelligence.
I doubt this is true but seeing how whites have the resources, power and financial backing they are more likely to making things happen.
History has shown that whites will fight to get what they want. I think they bought Manhattan for $60 from the Indians and fought many wars for land.
Everything being equal they are no better or worse then anyone else. But things aren't equal are they.

The simple answer is because there is still racism in people. People are going to do what is in their own best interests. If they are racist, it is not in their best interest to hire people they don't like. Unfortunately, the world is a long way away from the banishment of racism.
If you feel that you have been eliminated as a prospect for a position based on your race, you probably don't want to work at that company anyway.

The world is still racist even if most people claim not to be. There was an idiot earlier today asking questions about the KKK and immigration. I wish I had a solution but the gene pool seems to produce endless numbers of morons who are unable to see past race, skin colour, hair colour, height, weight, disability, sex - The list is endless and depressing.

wtf are you talking about? there is an acknowledged problem in Meany European country's of positive discrimination were people who are black etc are promoted over whites, inspite of not always being the best candidate, so the company can be seen to look 'rascal aware'.
if there are some instances of racism in the job market, and I'm sure there are some, then report them and they Will be dealt with.

yes... Avon and Somerset Constabulary are being 'done' at the moment for ethnic selectivity with their applicants.
They wanted to increase the number of black and asian officers so actively blocked applications from equally suitable white applicants.
They we're deemed to have acted with racialy motivated predjudice against white males who wished to join the Police force... and now they're in a lot of trouble with the racial equality people.

In my opinion I couldn't care less who's qualified more but the foreigners should go back to their own country and stop scrounging benefits and taking our countries jobs.

so many people believe they are so much better than everyone else. Just a bunch of people scared they will be out done by another race. just human nature
