Huh?! Says who? Ok, men have been encouraged to go into business more and promoted more in the past, but women are catching up fast. Trust me.

because men are more focus on goal for the business and making money$$$ women get distracted to easy with there outside life and bring it to the work place

Because we're used to doing everything on our own. So when someone comes up with a lame excuse, we have very little sympathy.
