I currently have $11k left on my 11%APR credit card. I'm thinking of paying that off and not investing any funds towards my Roth IRA this year. Otherwise, I could put $4k in the Roth and $7k towards the credit card. Any ideas?

I found new job in other state. is it required for company to help you with the moving expenses? if not, is it appropriate to negotiate this with the company? What kind of expenses is covered?

We desperately need start up funds. We have a business plan and market research that is 2 years in the making. I have Incorporated, but can barely pay my personal bills, let alone fund my business. my have some great innovative ideas and are certain it will be profitable, quickly.

The problem with angel investors is that they tend to invest in It companies etc. We are custom Motorcycle builders. Our vision consists of us being the ONE place for people to go for ALL their custom needs. Basically one-stop-shopping for custom work. Be it motorcycles, automotive, or even tractor/trailer rigs. Our diverse pool of talent has immense experience in all these areas.

My last day of work is next week but I got a job interview tomorrow; which I have to work. I really need a new job and really want to go to this interview. The job I have now is a very long drive to work plus last week is coming up soon. I see people workign for $6.00 an hour, $12.00 an hour, $25.00 an hour or whatever an hour. Who are they to tell you that you are only worth ____ an hour? Really, how much are you worth? Are you really only worth $8.00 an hour? Think about that for a minute. If you are working for a set rate an hour, what determines that? The cost of the product you make? The cost of the service you provide? Or what?

Get a job in sales. Work off commissions. For instance. The more you sell, the more you make. If you sell something and make $1,000 commission, yet you only worked for that person or business you sold for two hours to make the sale then you made $500 an hour. SALES is where it's at! what do you think?

I have an interior design degree and LOVE searching for things and love to travel, so I'm trying to find out if there's a career that incorporates these things. What do I do with my annoying coworker? He is so obnoxious. He talks to himself constantly, grunts and groans out loud, does almost no work while he is here, whistles or scat sings (doot de doo doo doo), slams things around and makes all kinds of disturbing noise in an otherwise quiet and peaceful office. I've tried to drown him out with music from my computer, and I've tried headphones. All I do is give myself a headache with loud music and he has complained to me that he doesn't like the noise I made with the music from the computer.

The noise he makes has nothing to do with his job. He runs a slumlord business on the side and he spends his days yelling at contractors on the phone to fix up his slum properties and taking calls from prospective renters. Then he gets on the phone with his wife and she is some kind of emotional wreck. Then he eats, chomping his food and smacking his tounge and lips very loudly.

He is an absolute ogre with his coworkers. Why is he not fired

People tell me I’m an incredible problem-solver and brainstormer. At a store I owned people would come in and talk for hours. I’d help them navigate challenges, dilemmas, feelings, etc. Not like a therapist, just as an idea person.

Can I charge for these services? Like set hour appointments for $50?

Have you heard of people being a professional muse?

1. Friend we r staying with moved out to occupy house she purchased.
2. Husband and I stayed to finish her lease.
3. We r paying rent though neither of our names are on the lease.
4. Complex has received checks for rent with our names on it, but did not question my friend as to who we were.
5. We wondered if they would be able to evict us for any reason under the lease since we are not on the agreement.
