I'm just wondering why someone would choose to go with a conventional loan vs. a VA loan. Aside from the VA loan having a maximum limit....

I was talkin with someone and that person told me that it is not possible to get a loan from a bank or anywhere if you have two cars under your name and you are looking to buy the third one. Is that true? How is that possible though? if I want and I can afford to pay for my cars why cant I have 10 cars under my name?!!! (not exactly 10, just using an example here!!)

I have a coworker that does work on the side. (construction). He makes about $20,000 a year from just this and doesn't claim ANY of it on taxes. It makes me so mad because I also do work on the side and claim it all. Is there a number I can call to get him audited?

Hi,
I recently visited a BK lawyer and he said just don't pay them any more.
I have several small balances.
Capital One 600
Providian 1000
Orchard Bank 300
Bank of America 3500
Sears 1000
NY&Co 350
Not a whole lot of debt but can't afford them all. I live in NC and wage garnishment doesn't happen. What do you think about not paying?

I just recently purchased my first home, a townhouse. I borrowed $12k from my 401k to help pay for the closing costs. My concern is this: what are some of the common problems with buying a rental property, once my 401k is paid back? My goal is to have a second property so I can have the tax break from TWO properties. OR, should I take any extra money I get next year and put it towards paying down my second loan (the 20% loan I took out to help avoid paying PMI)?

As a rule . . . is the EMPLOYER supposed to pay an employee when the employee takes time off for related Dr.'s appts. once the employee has been released from Workman's Comp. to return to work full-time, or does this time off come off of the employee's yearly allowed time off (ie. personal time, vacation time). I have an employee that takes time off from work for supposed Dr.'s appointments under his Workman's Comp. He does not provide any proof of these appointments.

I have been working at this company for 6-7 months now as a Temp. The hiring policy only allows for a 7 month temp period. After that, I can't work there. My boss hasn't discussed this with me for a couple months now. What should I be doing?

I am organizing a Travel Agency (Cruises) Trade Show, the idea is to find New Group Leaders that organizes activities for their members - we are looking for group leaders in this area or fund raisers.
To be honest with you, I’ve never done this before, but my bosses have the biggest trust in me, I don’t want to let them down, and even if they are helping me, I want to show them that I’m in the right track.
We already have the Theme (given by me) , the place, the date and the vendors
I need help with ideas of where I can find these people that would fit as our guests.
We are looking for the West Palm Beach Area in Florida
