a lady called me and said they will create a web site for me so people can order herbalite products from my web site and that I will get royalty checks and money from products sold.She said i have to pay 197 a one time fee for training pack,web site and samples of their products.Is this for real?

back in nov. of 1998 i was working for wal mart and they have a stock purchase program well any way i had quit in april of 99. and now i'm wondering if i still have the stock that i had purchsed. i don't know how to find out if it's still there. they quit sending me letters on it about 4 1/2 years ago.

I know that they can't demand the money from you, expessialy if they haven't sent you a written notice. All they did was call me once. I talked to the lady and she said that I need to pay it in full by the 30th of june or all payments that I will make before then are VOID. I just got a call from the collection agency yesterday the 19th of june. The agency is JC Christion and the lady's name is Fran Kip or maybe Fran Kipper the # is 1-866-595-4557. Help Me Please. (I don't have any money and I have a family to support.)

I wrote two checks one dated 5/20 and the other 5/28...they were held and not cashed till last week. The money was in there when I wrote them. But, when they sent them thru there wasn't quite enough to cover both of them. Now, I have NSF fee's along w/ who I wrote the checks out to. Then I get a letter in the mail today from the prosecutors office about it. What can I do? I am going to pay them. But, is there something that I can to about them holding them????

She has agreed in the agreement to close no later than 8/1 and to close within a week when their bank say it is ready. But, she heard from her real estate agent that they want to close in the second week of July to lock in a rate. But, my mom will be in Europe for her vacation with nonrefundable tickets and is thinking to choose me as her Power to sign on behalf of her. My mom really doesn’t want me to be put through all that and I wouldn’t feel right, what if I make a mistake or something. Is there anyway of getting around to it???? Thank you.

I filed Chp 7 bankruptcy last year, also discharged. I have 4 credit cards all have been paid on time. I have a car loan through Capital One ($18k) also never late. Where can I apply and receive a personal loan. No payday loans...tried that, done that! I have tried American General they told me I had to have 2 years of established credit after my bankruptcy, I only have 1 year! Citifinancial and Beneficial Denied. I also tried my local bank, Citibank...no Luck! Any serious suggestions?? I want to apply for at least $5k.

If I put in my W4 9 witholdings I pay low taxes. but If I do not cover my liable tax amount. I will owe at the end of the year, that I undestand. Now, say I have a mortage interest of more than my liable tax amount. Does it mean that I get a refund of the amount of my interest paid minus my liable tax. Or is it that I have to have paid taxes more than the decutions in order to get the deduction.hope someone understands and has a good answer thanks

How long must I be in our home before I can get a second mortgage??? I know to refinance or get an interest only loan it's a year but I believe my parents were not in their house a year yet and they already had a second and third mortgage.
