I work in a medical office.

It is a home health agency not a doctors office so we do not see any patients in the office.

I recomended PJ day. That way no one would be late to work. Just get up fix hair brush teeth and go. No looking for something to wear. Plus you can have fun with it. GO buy a "moomoo" and curlers and be "Aunt Thelda" for the day. if where you work is somewhere you cannot do this then do like a 50's theme. Big dresses big hair big men!!!

World Cup/Soccer theme. One contest would be who can stuff the most soccer balls in their pants. Another would be who can score most on the office skank. And lastly, in honor of performance-enhancing drugs prevalent in all sports, you can "Name That Pill" where each person swallows a random pill blindfolded and guesses the medication by physical reaction and/or bodily discharge (try to grab Viagra for the oldest male and prepare to laugh and laugh).

I think you need to consider how the patients will react to these theme days- it seems very unprofessional to me. My medical issues are serious, and seeing my doctor wearing a grass skirt wouldn't make me feel any better about being sick.
