If it doesn't have a time limited printed on the front (like some do say void after 60 days), it can be cashed at any point. The only problem you run into is people who have closed their bank accounts.
After 6 months, the bank can refuse to cash it. At that point they can legally label it "stale." At that point you can go back to the source and get a new check reissued.

Personal checks can be cashed up to 90 days. After that they are void. I'm not sure about Bank checks or paychecks. I want to say 6 Months.

Most checks are 90 days but I have had payroll checks that are valid for 120 days. Your best bet is to call the bank of check and ask for certain.

ALOT of checks expire in 30 days... OR 90 days.. but if its a payroll check it usually expires within 1-3 months.

Wow, the different lady is the s1ut, yet your boyfriend isn't? exciting set of values you've there. particularly the actual undeniable actuality that you're hiding behind a 5-yo to guide away from having to handle the themes on your relationship. you reside with a cheater who would have given you each and each STD wide-spread to guy contained in the previous 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, no longer to prepare the humiliation and push aside inherent in being cheated on, yet you do not experience the pick to depart him and construct a more effective positive destiny for your self with out him on your existence? Are you lacking vanity, lazy or in simple terms basic stupid?

Usually 3 months but it depends. Most checks have expiration dates written on them.
