do the people in Poland speak English? Do they learn English at school?

I am trying to find out if Polish college graduates can work at environment where English is the main language.

all most all european countries teach their kids english, but their language is polish.

Yes, there is a english course in every secondary school. Myself (I'm polish), I've been learning english 2 years in primary school, 4 years in college and one year at the university (but I left).
