i am about 4 ft 10 in. and 91-95 lbs. i think my thighs are fat. should i lose wight? the rest of my body is skinny but i think my legs (or just thighs) are fat. my friends say im fine but if i wear a bathing suit my thighs look fat or if i wear short shorts. thats why i dont wear short shorts.

I'm thinking of getting a small single-color tattoo on my left chest above the nipple (not actually ON the nipple). I am a male, BTW. Does this hurt any more than, say, ear piercing? I've had four piercings and it didn't particularly hurt.
