Ok this is the BEST lotion you will ever use, ever. I went to a dermatlogist because of my dry skin and he said to use aqua-glycolic lotion. you have to ask the Pharmacist for it, but you do NOT need a prescription for it. it is generally about $18-$20, and they may need to order it. I know that Wal Mart carries it and I usally can get it for $15 (they will quote you another price, but it always rings up$15.44). They also have some for the face, it is not as strong make sure they search for the body lotion. It is also a good ideal to stay out of the sun, I typically use this in the fall/winter time. Also put regular white or brown sugar into any of your current body cleansers or sugar and plain veggi oil and rub, you will feel so smooth ! promise. This comes from experience!

You need to slough the dead skin cells from your body by using a scrubbie (a netting-type). Then you need to put a Vitamin-E rich cleanser on it and thoroughly wash your body. Then while your skin is still moist, put a light body moisture body lotion on, that will help your skin to retain a more smooth and supple surface.
Do this for a couple of weeks and you should be able to feel a wonderful difference just by stroking your skin.

You can use even a cheap brand like suave that dont carry alcohol as one of its top five ingredients. The thing you need to do is put it on right after you get out of the shower. Leave your skin a slight bit damp this gives your skin some moisture do this for a few weeks and you are sure to notice a difference. I do this with my patients.. Suave naturals cotton bloom is what I use I have very soft skin..

Before you get out of the shower, use cocco butter oil. Don't towel off, just air dry. Once dry use a regular skin lotion. Works every time!
