Umm, first, I'd be careful about following some of the answers you've already gotten. It seems that some of the people who answered didn't understand that your pimple was IN your nose, not ON your nose. I would be careful about popping the pimple yourself. You can try warm compresses to the outside of your nose and breathing steam in through your nose. (Heat water to boiling and remove from microwave or stove. Place in mug or bowl. Put towel over your head, place face over mug and breathe in the steam through your nose) These things might make your nose feel better. You might also try cleaning your nose out with a Q Tip and some peroxide once a day.
Are you running a fever?
If you have had this pimple for this long, you may have to go to your doctor and have an antibiotic prescribed for you. Your doctor will decide whether or not to drain your pimple (pop it).
I know these pimples can be very painful. You can take Tylenol to help the pain, too.

There is no ways to get rid of them permanently, but... There are some ways to maintain: 1. Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day. 2. Avoid touching your face, as this just spreads bacteria. 3. Wash your face with warm water twice a day. 4. Steam your face (by putting a hot flannel over your face) at least once a week, and wash your face straight afterwards with cold water (to close the pores). 5. Wash your face and put baby powder on the area. It's the fastest way to dry those pimples out and get rid of them. 6. Baby powder works like a charm. 7. If you have pimples that you want to get rid of fast, put ice on them for 30-60 seconds every 30 minutes. And then apply rubbing alcohol.

If the pimple is big go to the dermatologist and get a cortisone injection into the pimple. The pimple will be significantly smaller the next day and it will reduce the chances of the pimple turning into a raised scar.
