Weird but I put ice on them. It get rids of the redness, which is probably the swelling.

Try Clean and clear advantage acne spot treatment. It reduces redness and the size of the pimple in one or two days max. Go to cleanandclear.com if you want to see it. You can find it at any drugstore. It has worked for me. Good luck!

Ice for immediate relief.
I use Tea Tree Oil at night - and many times by morning its either gone, or at least a lot smaller.
You can find it at a health food store, or on the vitamin aisle at Target.

ICE it ASAP. it really works. the pimple dries up. But the main thing is you dont touch it specially with your bare fingers. or you can try Noxema or Neutrogena products specially for over night cure of pimples.

green concealer. it seems weird, but it's true. When trying to mask colors you use the opposite color on the spectrum. ie: covering purple under your eyes, use yellow. Green is the opposite of red (because it is a mix of the other two primary colors, blue and yellow.)

milk of magnesia as a soap, i know, its wierd, but it dries up your skins oils and causes swelling and redness to go away quicker.
