there's this guy in 2 of my classes and he wont stop staring at me even though it really doesn't seem like he likes me because we never really talked but he will always like say something funny out loud in class and look at me to see if im laughing and then keeps looking at me even if i catch him staring at me what does this mean?

Sounds like you have a budding stalker. Try being up front with him, tell him that his staring bothers you and ask him if he would please respect you enough to stop.
