Hi I dont think that means anything. Actually I think boys and men like a thin girl more so its an asset. Are you getting your period and are your breasts and nipples starting to swell. If this is happening than you have nothing to worry about.

Puberty is tricky stuff. It all depends on family history and genetics. If it runs in your family, you probably will. However, you may have an great great grandmother without hips and the trait can be carried to you. I know that sucks, but that's life. You may have a hipless family, but may get the trait.
At 13, you're still pretty young on the puberty scale, and like I said puberty is funny. Everything comes at different times and intervals for everybody. I got boobs in 5th grade, but didn't get my period till seventh. My friend got her period before me, and her boobs later.
Just don't worry about it. Whether or not they come, love your body and love yourelf.

Yes honey, you'll get some hips someday. I knew a woman who got really really big hips after she had her son. Too much hips looks kinda gross though.

Hips usually don't get bigger until a women birth a child. I never new my hips to get bigger until I had childeren.

HAve you gone through puberty yet? Well some people who arents small framed wont get big hips but if you havent gone thru puberty yet that also can be why. when you go thru puberty your hips are wider.
