I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Massage your legs in the shower every day with shower gel. Put both hands around your leg tightly like you're choking a neck and vigorously slide up and down. That type of massage does help but it takes a few weeks. Best thing is to improve your diet and exercise.

There is no definate way of getting rid of cellulite. But as a personal trainer and getting older every year, the only things i can suggest is exercise and of course healthy eating. Women tend to lose elasticity in their skin and fat cells as we get older and gain weight and lose weight. Sorry babe, thats the way the ball bounces. The more toned your leg muscles are the less you will see it. AND EATING HEALTHY .
Lunges are a great exercise to tighten up those muscles!! and not to mention the glutes too!!! (your butt!)
