You know, like under that little corner of toenail, where it gets a little dark, if you scrape out the dark stuff, it seems like lint, and if you pluck it out with your fingers and then smell your fingers before washing them, it really stinks. This is just too gross. Someone please help me.

Ok so ive been saying for years now i want to get fit lose some weight tone up ect. im not heavy just un toned a little, i sometimes do a power walk for 30 mins about 4 times a week, then i find it dont make me fit, what exercise do you advise? and how often and how long a week do i need to do it to get results i want

i have this one big pimple on my nose.
i have been having many of them lately.
i tried some cream on few,it worked.
Even applying powder reduced them.
But this big one is not showing any signs of leaving.
what should i do(natural remedy)?
should i use some shampoo to wash my nose(i think it is effective)?
warm water or cold water?

I was wondering im going through a break up at the moment and need to take care of myself i looked in the mirror and saw dark circles under my eyes my skin looks grey and im tierd just want to eat and sleep, ive been eating some take aways and cant seem to motivate myself to eat healthy im putting on weight and feel tierd and bloated, any tips on how to boost myself up, im taking multi vitamins
