I like to keep my feet manicured. I notice the older I get the skin dries up more and I feel I need a sander to keep them healthy looking. Is there any inexpensive way to keep the skin softer. I use a file on them daily when I shower, but if I miss a day seems that the dry skin comes back so fast. I use lotion daily on them, but still seems to be a continuous task at times. Is there any suggestions that may be better than what I am already doing?

my face is pretty clear...i just have some tiny acne....but when the little ones start showing....its looks horrible!! should i just wash my face with water everday and very often? or use my netrogena soap? i heard water often is good...please help me!!! thanks

I've naturally always had a very round face that drives me crazy! I'm not fat, I'm normal, but the skin under my chin rolls any time I move my head (making me look fat). It's so bad that my little brother calls it my "gobble". What can I do to make my "gobble" go away so that I have a pretty face like normal people?

I admit, I've been bad, and I have spent alot of time in the sun and tanning beds . . . I'm 24 years old and when I look in the mirror I dont see a youthful face anymore. What can I do now to prevent my skin from getting worse? Should I take vitamins? I'm going to try to stay out of the sun (it's so hard though)
Should I try Retin A?
