mark. (a division of Avon) has a product called bacne it's specifically designed for back acne. It runs about $7 for a bottle. Normally I don't try to promote Avon or mark. products on Y! Answers but this product is exactly what you're asking about. Hope it helps!

If you want an inexpensive treatment, get a loofa or scrubing brush on a stick. Something that will help exfoliate your back. Use Dove soap (unscented), or any face wash and work into a good lather. I used to do this every day and I never had a pimple or blackhead on my back at all.

I heard that hair conditioner can clog pores so after you wash your hair make sure you wash your back with an acne wash. I like neutrogena acne body scrub or origins has a charcoal wash that works well.

Wash your back with acne wash.. it should clear up alot and you can also but moisturizer on it
