I heard that if you wear a bra when you sleep it can stunt the growth of your breasts? has anyone else heard that and is it true?

A well fitting sports bra, worn whilst sleeping, will keep your bosoms firm and in need of less scaffolding to keep them up as you get older.
It's worked for me, so far.
I've even been accused of having falsies because mine are so pert.
(I'd like to point out that if I were going to spend so much dosh on such silliness, I'd have had MUCH bigger ones!).

Umm i havent heard that.
The only thing that Dr say about wearing a Bra when you sleep is your not letting your rib cage and lungs expanding, but i guess thats only if your wearing a smaller size that you should be.(some people do bc it apperantly make them appear bigger) but if you wear the right size and your comfortable sleeping with it on your fine.

I have always slept in a bra, from the time i started wearing bra, untill now.I have perfect D cup now. so perfect people think i had a boob job done. I don't see anything unsanitary about it, unless you don't change bras regularly.

You shouldn't wear bras to sleep, for the good of your "girls" and for the good of the bra. Bras need time off the job to de-stretch, so the elastic doesn't go prematurely. a snug tank top is a good sleep-shirt.
