drink lots of water, exercise, use cream, with uv protection if going in the sun. that should do the trick.

I'd definitely suggest using the Retin A cream and possibly getting yourself on a good skin care programme such as Obagi. I'm ony 25, and like you I tanned too much and used tanning beds, and didn't like what I saw in the mirror.
I've been on Obagi for 5 years and now, I'm really happy with my skin. Obagi really works, so I highly recommend it. If you are interested, I'd suggest going to see a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon who stocks the products. They are medical grade prescription products which you use with Retin A Cream.
Also, use plenty of sunblock on a daily basis, even during the winter! UVA rays which the main cause of skin damage are present all year round and not just in the summer time. I find sunblocks with zinc oxide and titanium dioxide work best and make sure it is at least spf 30.
Definitely drink plenty of water, at least 4-8 glass per day. If you want to try taking some vitamins, I'd suggest the following:
L-ascorbic Acid (pure vitamin c capsules)
Mixed Tocepherols (vitamin e)
Alpha Lipoic Acid (very potent antioxident)
Biocell Collagen with Hyalronic acid
Also, don't smoke, only drink in moderation, get plenty of sleep, eat healthily, exercise regularly and most importantly, don't worry and stay positive!
Good luck : )

Well I have some good news and bad news. Bad news: you've screwed up your skin by exposing it to UV rays thus the look of premature aging. Good news: you can prevent future premature aging, as well as REVERSE much of the damage you've already caused. Also, you can stifle the growth of potentially cancerous cells that may proliferate due to UV exposure.
You need to look into anti-oxidant treatments for your face. I've been using Megadose Skin Fortifying Serum by Cosmedicine. (I have acne prone skin and this does not cause me to break out). The anti-oxidant properties heal damaged skin cells (from the sun or other environmental factors like smoking) and prevent future premature damage from occuring. I would like to speak to my dermotologist so she can review what base is used for this product, as the base determines the effectiveness of the anti-oxidants in a product. If you can have a professional review the product (before spending big bucks on something that might just be useless) that would be ideal.
I use the serum in the AM. Then I apply SUNSCREEN. I cannot stress this enough. Cosemedicine also produces several daily moisturizers that contain sunscreen, which is VITAL. I'd recommend you buy some self-tanner for face and just come to terms with the fact that no-wrinkles is better than being tanned today...and looking like tanned cow hide in five years....If you smoke: STOP. I smoked for a few months; it made working out more difficult and that was annoying, but what got me to stop completely was the thought of looking like my aunt who had an eye lift at 45 b/c years of smoking made her look 60.
At night I use Kinerase Cream. It's expensive but it's quite possibly the best moisturizer you can use on your face. It will repair damage and help dimish fine lines...much like Retin-A...but it will NOT irritate your skin. I use it all over my face, lips and eye area at bedtime. Then, sleep for a full night (varies, but usually 7-8 hours). This is when your body repairs itself most, so you'll be giving topical treatments the best shot at working if you sleep!
Lastly, but NOT leastly: in-office treatments like chemical peels. Sure, you can buy that at-home kits but for all the money you could spend over and over again on that crap, you could see your dermotologist and she (or her certified cosemetologist) can give you a chemical peel. There are different types of peels, so talk to your professional about your specific needs. Ask her how long it will take you to start peeling and how long the peeling will last - this will help you schedule it better (I got mine so I could hide inside during a long weekend...). The peel will remove the damaged outter layer of skin.
Unfortunately - or fortunately, depends on your attitude - you cannot stop aging. However, most people age more quickly than they would if they protected themselves from the sun. Hopefully this helped. Good luck!

I have been given my previous cat while she grow to be 5 weeks previous from an older lady who could no longer preserve her. while she grow to be sufficiently previous i could supply her a nil.5 a can of her fashionable canned foodstuff on particular activities and after she went to the vet. while she have been given over 4 years previous however, she does no longer take canned foodstuff anymore. She appeared to choose a undeniable sort of dry foodstuff, yet only 2 flavors. She could consume canned salmon and tuna, and on party some baked poultry. yet there have been circumstances she does no longer even consume those, only needed her dry foodstuff. i could say she grow to be choosy yet I caught her eating the dogs's dry foodstuff some circumstances! i think of particularly circumstances a cat's style buds replace. i does no longer worry, only try canned or baked fish and see in the event that they choose for it. i haven't considered a hungry cat turn down tuna!

Hi, I can recommend a good product from a company called Arbonne. I started using their products about 3 months ago and people are starting to ask me what I am doing. My niece is your age and she tried their Intelligence line and loves it. You can view their products in their online catalog at http://www.wonderful.myarbonne.com Now is really the time for you to start taking care of your skin and it's great that there are products to help us now. When I was your age there really wasn't anything out there. Good luck to you.

Honey? When you are finished showering, use any old baby oil right before you step out of the tub and use your towel to pat yourself dry.
