They don't work. They wear the enamel off your teeth. then you have dental problems and buy more of their products.
If you have some really important event coming up, try brushing your teeth with baking soda. It tastes gross, but it will whiten them a little.
Brushing/gargling with hydrogen peroxide works too, but it will kill all bacteria, good and bad, in your mouth. You shouldn't use this for more than ten days because after ten days you run the risk of getting a black hairy toungue. Also, make sure if you do this, to do it before bed and not in the morning before work because it will temporarily turn your gums white too (from tiny cuts).
I hope I helped, and good luck!

Please do not use any bleaching process. Remember teeth are not
white, they are Ivory. All toothpaste manufacturers claim theirs
will give you white teeth, but the only efficient and correct way
is to visit a Dentist‘s assistant who will do the job safely since he
will only remove tobacco stains, ageing colour etc.,
so call your dentist for guidance.
This assistant does not have to be a dentist since
there is no invasive work involved. The assistant usually works
in a Dental Clinic and is guided by the Dentist. Smile nicely!

I used Dr. George's whitener a couple of times a year. I lost 2 fillings and one of the teeth broke in three parts down to the skin. My dental bill for fixing all that comes to $5,500.
When you have a career and a good salary you can have your dentist give you white coverings for your teeth. Ask your dentist about those.

I bleach my teeth using a kit from a website. It cost me £10 for a trial size kit and the difference is amazing. My dentist wanted to charge me £250 but spoilt his sales pitch by saying i could buy the bleach online! Go to www.smile-brighter.com

Unless your teeth are super gross, those Crest White Strips are fantastic and really easy, and much, muh cheaper than going to the dentist. My dentist himself says that they are totally safe for your enamel, becasue they do not use bleach. If you want white teeth for good , the only thing to do is quit drinking coffee and tea, and smoking as well.

Gargle some Domestos twice daily!!!!
Only joking, that'll probably kill ya, the dentists do actually do whitening treatments these days
Or failing that, no doubt Boots will sell some really poor, useless product that doesn't work but costs the earth!

go to a chemist. There you'll find plenty of tooth whitening products. Even these days you get toothpastes that make your teeth whiter.

Use a whitening tooth paste, and brush them several times daily. Also use those crest whitestrips. Those help a lot.
You can get them at just about any store now, such as Walgreens or Target.

I've heard you can gargle/swish Hydrogen Peroxide (the oral kind of course) for about 4 mins a day and it works just as well as the white strip stuff. Worth a try I say....and cheaper too!

The easiest, healthiest thing to do is eat an apple a day, may take a couple of days to work - Don't believe me? Give it a try!
