Gym (working out). That will build the muscle weight. (If you decide to put on weight through eating, you will start putting on fat and you will have difficulty losing it once it's out of hand).
Get a personal trainer to tell you what to do and which part of your body to focus on.

Eat lots of protein to gain muscle and carbs to gain some weight if that is what you want. At your height you should be 170lbs. Good luck!

try gettin sum muscles lifting weights and start eating heavy meals. and sit around a lot. but be warned. u might get VERY sleepy
and u should be happy to b that tall. my bro thinks he's too short!

Just protein up...peanut butter,nuts,fish esp.tuna,chicken,milk....and then pump some iron...muscle weighs more than fat....
