no. eat less exercise more will help
ive been doin yoga for a long period of time n i lost 5 pounds in 1 month n stop for ages, n now ive been startin to goto gym thers no result yet but i hope tht helps.

no belt can reduce ur wt
only way is to have regular cardio and aerobic exercise
first calculate ur BMI value acoording to value cut short ur daily calorie intake by 500-600 u can reduce ur wy in 2 months

no thats a complete waste dont depend on all this machineries y dont u go for swimming its a real help jogging and y not join a gym or else wat abt vlcc way of slimming down its a worth a try.......... ba little on chocolates ice creams and anything oily m not asking to completely avoid it but just lower it

Sauna belt will only take 10mm off your waist not 10kgs. Watch what you eat, no fried food, oily food...etc...eat more salad and do more exercise.
