i have been having many of them lately.
i tried some cream on few,it worked.
Even applying powder reduced them.
But this big one is not showing any signs of leaving.
what should i do(natural remedy)?
should i use some shampoo to wash my nose(i think it is effective)?
warm water or cold water?

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

aside from medical conditions, the most common cause of pimples, black heads, etc for not leaving--is improper washing.....use fragrance free (can cause skin irritation) face wash...keep away from "soap"......wet the face with warm water (this opens the pores) wash gently with a face wash, rinse thoroughly, follow with a splash of cold water (this closes the pores)....leaving the pores open allows irritants & bacteria to enter the skin, therefor causing build up in the pores.....

Try rubbing fresh garlic on and around pimples. They will disappear without a mark with regular application.
(or)
Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it the next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever.

Ask for something based on herbals. There is such a treatment and it can cure you totally. Just ask for it at a drug store, be confident and patient. Good luck !
