Lotion'll maintain it, but there's no cure.. and Jergins is a nice brand. As for it being genetic, I'm sure it can be. I've heard of it being common among parents and they're kids before.

yes it may be gentic ,but have you tried using baby oil ,after shower rub it all over then pat yourself dry .I have done this and it works great .
