how do you lose fat in your:

a) arms. specifically under ur muscles

I dont have any acne, just blackheads on the nose. I use a face-wash every day and even have a Panasonic "pore cleanser" which sucks out the blackheads. Yet there still there. ? ? ?

I'm starting an exercise routine based on www.BodyForLife.com & Tony Little's AB Isolator Workout Video. I plan to keep this going for a 12 week session and then start again.

Right now I weigh 179, and I'm 5'7". I target weight is 130lbs.

everything i've read about uv tattoos seem to include some kind of stipulation- ie, uv white does not show up...on light skin. does that mean "invisible" tattoos are out of reach for people who are darker? how do tans factor into this?
