"Passion pimples" is another name for the acne guys get during puberty. I think the story behind the term is that around this age, boys have "too much lust," or passion, in them, and this lust manifests itself in pimples. Another explanation is that in medeival times, passion pimples (the first pimples a guy got) signalled that he was now old enough to be married. Uh, I think they also might be slang for nipples.

OMG! I've never heard of that.I know about period bumps.Sex getting rid of pimples.(a myth)but NEVER had i heard of this.

Sounds like hickeys to me (suck marks).
Hickeys are so meaningless, and they hurt.
Has nothing to do with passion.

My ex had those. She wanted to get implants, but I talked her out of it.
