Every one i know says im skiny and i look anerxic when im not.I eat a reall lot but it seems i never gain any weight.I really want to gain some punds before school starts again.How can i gain some pounds?

Eat a lot of sugars, red meats, starches, and sodas, and then sit on your butt all day.

Enjoy it! Most people worry about a few extra pounds...you are very fortunate. If you want to add a little bulk (if that is the tight word for a lady) try weight lifting. You will have more muscle and it will add a few more pounds but it will be healthy. Better than gorging on fatty foods creating problems that you really dont want. Good Luck

I used to be really skinny, and got the same thing from people that you are getting. What worked for me was drinking milk. I always had cereal in the morning so I would have a glass with lunch and a large glass with dinner. I gained a lil weight but still looked great. Plus I got some boobs!!! LOL.

I wish I had your problem!! I don't if your skinny or fat everyone get's harped on there bodies I have seen as much with overweight people and skinny people who are just naturally skinny.

I have you tried maybe something with high dense calories, certain protein drinks or even ensure or something like that...sounds gross I know. I know some GNC stores might have something that can help you out. I would off you a couple of my pounds but alas....I have to hit the treadmill.

girl i had the same problem but no one ever said i looked anorexic because my slimness looks normal i gained weight over this summer and people are actually noticeing it my mom was like while your starting to gain weight well anyways this is what i did i eat a big breakfast,lunch,snack,and dinner everyday i drink pediasure with every meal i eat the key thing is that in order to gain weight you also need to increase your muscule weight too thast basically what i did i hope that helps!

p.s. also after you eat dont do too much walking because walking burns calories
bread,pastas,and milk helps too i got a nice butt and boobs doing this oh yeah and eat something high in calories before you go to bed

i am the same way to gain pounds you cant run around and then eat because all the carbs yo burned up are gone and your body is ready for some new ones and when you eat make it junk food dont go overbourd thought.

dont worry. same thing happened 2 me! u might have a hyper-metabolism which happens when ur ultra sad.or u could have what i have which is acid reflux.it makes u skinnier. now im @ a healthy weight, but still skinny. i eat whatever i want 2! just visit ur dr.and u'll gain some weight. everyone thought i was anorexic 2 but i proved them wrong!!!

WELL, THIS IS COMING FROM A FATTY WHO HAS THE OPPOSITE PROBLEM....BUT I CAN HELP YOU OUT..YOU NEED TO EAT THREE GOOD MEALS PER DAY, SLOW DOWN ON YOU ACTIVITY(LIKE RUNNING, PLAYING BALL, ETC) EAT SOMETHING HIGH IN CALORIES JUST BEFORE GOING TO BED..THIS WAY YOU WON'T HAVE A WAY TO BURN THOSE CALORIES UP AND THAT MAY HELP..YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO GO TO A HEALTH STORE AND GET A SUPPLEMENT DRINK TO TAKE EVERYDAY..I JUST WISHED I HAD YOUR PROBLEM..BUT GOO LUCK TO YOU

try to eat a lots of pasta bread...you will gain weight. also you should go to the gym and put some muscle in your body.
