it tells a lot about the person that has them..there life, their ups and downs, loves and heartaches.....its sexy because its honest and out there and in your face...a person with tats is sharing their life with you, if you just take the time to view it.

In my opinion they are not sexy at all. A person with tatoo looks like jail inmate.

Tattoos are an art form and also great way to express your artistic yearning to be unique. I have many tats and plan on getting more, very addicting because its a wonderful way of displaying artistic expression and beauty

its somin about the commitment for somin that permanent on you most people would be scared to but if you have one its like wow hot lol and the pain complex that your hard enough to get a tattoo omg lol
me personally i like the look but i find them less sexy now i have one still they are hot!

I don't think they're sexy. Maybe it's just my generation, but I think they make a person look cheap and tacky.
