everything i've read about uv tattoos seem to include some kind of stipulation- ie, uv white does not show up...on light skin. does that mean "invisible" tattoos are out of reach for people who are darker? how do tans factor into this?

I havnt heard of UV tattoo's. The sun can fade the color's in your tat. I have a dragon on my right arm, the white, orange, and some of the yellow have faded away over the years. I just recently had it touched up, and the white is gone already, and the orange I really can't see due to the fact, I am always hanging my arm out the car window..lol.
