Hi, I read that the simplest and best thing to do is put ordinary hand sanitizer on the problem area at night and in the morning. Acne is caused by bacteria just under the skin. The hand sanitizer kills the bacteria, so the acne goes away. I don't know if it works but it's cheap and makes sense! Hope that helps.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!

Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:

1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.

I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.

There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

The best advice I can give you is this, be careful with all
the medicines and creams to treat it whether it be over the counter or doctor prescribed. There are hundreds of
products, creams, lotions and antibiotics, and so on, some treatments work for some but not others. What happens is these treatments over time do more damage
to the skin, and leave it dull, dry and irritated in the long run. Find a really good dermatoligist or even your family doctor who will work with you to help you find something
that works best for you. It can be treated but sometimes
you have to be patient because there is no instant cure.
Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

pro-active works really well, the egg whites will not work for acne, however egg whites tighten up flabby skin and seal in moisture only after you wash your face with very warm water. don't use egg whites unless you are trying to close large pores.

i heard that if you mix three tablespoons of honey with one teaspoon of cinnamon powder it will take away acne and prevent more from popping up. you should put it on before going to sleep and washing it off in the morning.

have you tried pro-activ solution? If that doesn't work, I heard soaking your face in egg whites works too.
