If you eat a whole box of cereal loaded with sugar everyday with whole milk..yes, you will gain a few pounds. Unless you have a metabolism that I would die for.

eat three light meals a day with healthy snacks in betwen. thats the key to being happy with ur body

No if you eat healthy cereals they can make you loose weight. ( I'm 6'2",202 lb's.) I don't want to loose weight.

not if you eat healthy kind..it actually increases your metabolism over the long run, so you can eat more and burn off more calories faster, so its good

well it IS added calories...so i'm not sure it's the exact culprit but it doesn't help. personally i eat it once in a great while...b/c it is yummy! lol.
