Well, it depends on how healthy you are, and how much money you want to spend as to whether my tried-and-true recommendation will work for you. If you are in adequate health, go buy a bicycyle, NOT AT SEARS OR WALMART OR TARGET OR KMART, etc, but at a REAL BICYCLE SHOP. The Cannondale or Trek brand are excellent options. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TOE CLIPS or similar devices on your pedals and that you get proper shoes to work in them, and have them teach you how to use them proplerly so you can get the best benefit. Get good bicycle shorts as well. You can get them all there. And then RIDE!! You'll not only lose weight, you'll trim that "pouch" down so fast and so clearly that no one will ever believe you just had a child. My recommendation may cost you more than other plans, but I can guarantee my plan to not only lose weight but to trim down EXACTLY where you want to!! And it'll work now and for the rest of your life! And one of these indoor bicycling machines will not work near as quickly, and often are just a wasteful investment. Trust me on this one. And I don't own a bicycle shop or have any investment in one at all, anywhere. I've just been an avid cyclist for decades, and I know whereof I speak. God Bless you.

I'd say laying on your back and lifting both heels about 6 inches off the floor. Count 1 & 2 on the lift 3 & 4 on the floor. Increase repetitions as comfortable. They say reducing carbs has a direct effect on the abdomen as well. Best of Luck : )

Burn more calories than you consume.

Have five small meals a day spaced out (3-4 hours apart) - then your body does not think it is in famine and your metabolism will speed up.

Drink a lot a water - 8 glasses a day. Dehydrating yourself my look good on the scales but it is not allowing you to clear you system.

go to www.weightlossresources.com or co.uk depending where you are from.

Just follow the low calorie diets, it tells you how many you can have and how much you've eaten in the day. It's really good!

everyone's going to say this.... but that's because it's the best solution.

Sit-ups... crunches... use a yoga ball if you can.

The main thing is that these exercises will build muscle, but if you are not sweating and raising your heartrate, you will not take off the fat easily.
