I weigh 125lbs and I'm 5'3 or 5'4 and I want to lose 5-7 lbs and I eat 1,000 cal. a day and I can't get any smaller! I eat healthy but I'm not happy with the why I look! Please help me!!!

Every time I shave my bikini line the area gets irritated and I start to get little bumps. Should I use Nair? Get it waxed instead? Waxing was a last resort, and I think u could still get bumps if u wax anyway-- so if u know how to prevent them when shaving that would be absolutely fantabulous.

I have been bighting my nails since I've had teeth and even though its a gross habit I can't gather up enough will power to stop! Everyone is getting on my case about it and I need to stop so they will stop yelling at me about it!!! How can I stop with out going crazy!

I have thick black hair that grows in the arches of my feet. It pulls when I walk and it hurts constantly. If I shave or use Nair, it goes away for a while, but comes back and hurts again. What is a good permanent way to get rid of it?

Okay, I am taking summer gym right now and I'm outside wearing half way down my arms shirts how should I get rid of the farmer tan without getting completly burnt on the part of my arm that is already semi-brunt? The same thing happened on my legs, I have farmer taned legs and I look SOO tackey right now. Any suggestions?
