Washing your face too much can actually irritate your skin - not to say don't wash your face lol, just when you do wash it don't srcub really hard.
Proactiv works best for pimples. It clears them up so fast and leaves your skin feeling really smooth. It's a little pricy, but if you only get pimples now and then you won't have to use as much.

Use Proactiv, it's the only thing that helped mine! Totally changed my skin. Other than that, I personally have breakouts if I eat fatty sweets like cookies, pie, cakes, donuts, etc. Candy and chips don't really seem to cause breakouts , but my skin just doesn't look as nice unless I eat right. First, Do your spell check, pleaseee! Next, eat right and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Use Neutrogena Acne products. It really works.

I drink ALL THE WATER i can, take Vitamins A, E, C, I never EVER touch my face, I buy cigarette rolling papers and dab the oil off of my face with them every once and a while.

Avoid ALL foods containing added sugar. Eat a balanced diet, including nuts. Believe me, it works.

drinking water helps,
try clearasil cream at night, and wipe your face with astringent in the morning and before you go to sleep.
Was your face w/ baby shampoo, and then with an acne oil free scrup or wash.
Clean and Clear is a good brand.

Proactiv, Water and Exercise. Open up your pours to let them breathe.
Depending on who you ask diet could or could not be a factor- everyone is different. pay attention to what breaks you out and what doesnt.
