How can I flatten my stomach fast and permanently?

My body is pretty much perfect...except for my flabby stomach.

You will never be able to "flatten" your stomach permanently. Women are genetically designed to have a slightly rounded stomach. Women have a layer of adipose tissue (yes that means fat tissue) over the abdominal wall. this is what nature (or god) depending on your beliefs intended.
Watch your carbs, eat healthy, exercise regularly and look as good as you can. DO NOT COMPARE YOURSEF to the STICK FIGURES on the fashion runways - those anorexic-bulemic charicatures - are just that - DISTORTED & UNREALISTIC.

well its impossible to do anything permanent without plastic surgery, but you can make it flatter fast if you work really hard and are really dedicated. if you really want to do it right you should hire a personal trainer and tell them exactly what you want. they will help you set up an exercise routine that will get you results. if you dont have teh money for a PT, you should do some research and set up your own routine. then, stick to it. it'll be hard work but it'll pay off in the end.
