Only recently i have gotten little bumps on my thighs, and ive been told they are ingrown hairs.. Ive been trying to make them go away but nothings working. Does anyone know a way to get them to go away?

I have this neutrogena "build-a-tan". I tried it one day and it look great. I put it all over my body evenly and I was tan. But theres a problem...When I put it on my face (evenly) it came out all MESSED UP! My face had brown spots everywhere. Please...if u have tried this stuff on your face before and it worked please tell me how to do it! Thanx!

This is really embarrassing, well...they're not lopsided or anything, but I hate looking in the mirror because there's a lot of these blue veins, it makes them look blue-ish. I hate it! Is there anything I can do? If I got a tan would that help?

I am getting my right wrist done today and I am curious as to how it felt for other people. This is my first tattoo and I am so excited but a little apprehensive because all of my friends have tattooes in other places and they really couldn't describe it for me.
