TimeWise Visibly Fit Body Lotion by Mary Kay. It reduces stretch marks and cellulite as well as giving you incredibly smooth skin. You can use it either once or twice a day and it's great. I know that cocoa butter will help with the stretch marks and other scars/imperfections.
When my son had plastic surgery for a cleft lip as an infant, the plastic surgeon told us to use cocoa butter on his surgery site to minimize the scar visibility.

i have stretch marks and i use moisturisers with added vitamin e cream as this is proven to help fade scars and stretchmarks.
mix a little bit with a bronzer or a fake tan for a subtle glow, as they tend to show up less on darker skin.
if your going out there is a product i use i cant remember the name but it is by avon, and it a purple tube, its for minimising celulite but it works on stretchmarks a bit aswell as it has a small amount of bronzer in it and it tightens the skin.

Lotions with emu oils added have been proven to be very affective for skin enhancement and stretch mark reduction.Although it is a bit costly. :)

Eucerin Creme, Nivea Creme Use Crisco on sore bottoms overnight. Aveeno (oatmeal base) for Face and Hands, Mederma (onion based) to reduce present scarring... Avoid extreme sun for long periods of time.

There is a product that Fantastic Sam's has called "Chi", It's a silk infusion, all natural, made up of only pure silk and red vinegar!! And the smell is AWESOME!!! It smells like CK1. It retails for $11.00
