I have this neutrogena "build-a-tan". I tried it one day and it look great. I put it all over my body evenly and I was tan. But theres a problem...When I put it on my face (evenly) it came out all MESSED UP! My face had brown spots everywhere. Please...if u have tried this stuff on your face before and it worked please tell me how to do it! Thanx!

I think the face sweats more and this is the reason. When a range develops a tan specifically for the face obviously the body one turns out bad on most peoples faces. You're better off just buying the face one aswell or just buy one that can be used all over the body.

Your local tanning salon will sell some different self tanning lotions. Just go to one by your house.

I wouldn't put it on your face. I would use the self tanner designed for faces. I know that Suave has one. Even if it is a different brand, I would get one specifically for the face.

a lot of people apply sparingly not wanting to go orange, but its actually better doing the opposite, apply genorously and if you did this already, then try mixing a bit of ur usual face cream with it, but make sure you have cleansed and toned first. ideally you should exfoliate first aswell so its fresher skin as this gets rid of dead skin cells

I used self- tanner on my face & it came out the exact same way. I would reccommend not puttin it on your face again

theres this stuff by banana boat its a toner but also has a hint of the tanning stuff in it I like it works great for me
