He means why is it that women are not shy about using a unisex restroom while men do not like the idea.
It is totally crazy, this men/women restroom thing. At work, there are two restrooms next to each other, totally identical in every single respect. One is marked Men and the other Women. The women will use the one marked Men if the one marked Women is in use, but the men will never ever under any circumstances whatsoever use the one marked Women.
Women feel that having to share a restroom with men is a mere inconvenience that they can solve by nagging men to be clean and tidy, and it is not a gender issue much with them. But the men have gender image issues even to the ridiculous degree that they will not enter a room, let alone use it, that is marked "Women."

Because guys judge themselves by the size of their penis and when they are peeing it isn't anything to judge by...women don't judge by their stuff like that so peeing is just peeing. Best wishes

thats because men have to pull something out to pee that could embarass them while women have nothing to worry about

One reason I am sure is because men cannot urinate without showing a very personal part of their anatomy and women can be much more discrete.

It is individual toilet room, not one big toilet room. Men stand next to each other to pee. What are you on about?

Personally, I don't want to share the bathroom with anyone... i like it all to myself when I have to go. I don't want to talk to anyone and I don't want a gaggle of giggling goofballs in there with me.

i think you got that turned around dude! we have seperate stalls where no1 can see us, but you guys have those fountain thingies u pee in while every1 is looking!!!!
