diet and exercise. It's very simple. Yes, genetics do play a part, but most people try and use that as an excuse for their laziness. You gotta do the work (exercise) and make some sacrifices (junk) in your diet if you want a flat stomach. Unless you are blessed with a high metabolism, they is no other way around. No machine or gadget or fad diet. Burn more than you consume. That simple.

i Have a super flat tummy and rounded bum bum ummmmm people even say i have a little two pack showing and do u know i get it......... (sh its a secret.......)

absoloutly nothing Pig out on all the yummy junk food you can get your hands on and do no exercise i mean seriously i walk a bit sometimes but at other times climbing the stairs is too much lol

some poeple are lucky but ill tell you this i think the fact that i hate FIZZY DRINKS and never drink a drop of the stuff helps no bear or fizzy drinks they really do make your belly BBIG ummmmmm apart from that eat small amounts if your not as lucky as me and start on 10 sit ups a day and work your way up soon 10 sit ups wont feel like nothing then start counting by minutes instead like 5mins then 10mins then 15mins etc

are some races more inclined to obesity than others YES!!!!!!!!! Chinese asians are hardly ever fat and thats a fact then i believe its some european countries then arabs then black people then English then last but not least the BEASTS AMERICANS

put down the fries/bear/coke/burger and get on the treadmill

I have a flat stomach it just is that way... I don't do anything to obtain or maintain it. When I put on weight, it all goes on my thighs. I suppose therefore it is a mixture of your genes, age, gender and daily activity level (active, inactive...) Men naturally put weight on their stomachs as that is where the fat cells are concentrated. Lipo suction removes fat cells so you won't put on weight in that area- but I wouldn't recommend it- it can be very painful and cause permament scarring, as well as unsightly bruises. Incresing muscle tone can help to give you a flat stomach and execises such as sit-ups are very good for this. I could do sit-ups all day although I am exhausted after 20 press-ups....

I have a "flat" tummy because I take after my Dad's side of the family....he's very scrawny and so am I. Lucky I know...I eat a lot of junk food too, but my body so far manages to burn it off.

I'm white European.

I do eat quite a bit of fruit, and exercise though - about 9km on the exercise bike a week, and also weight lifting. I guess that can only be a positive thing!

You have to work at it. But there are those who are really lucky to have been born like that.

There are really some races who are more incline to get obese easily. I thinks the americans and the europeans. Asian have a smaller frames.

Exercise and keep a check on the amount of fatty foods that you eat. More often it's good personality that makes people bond, not the size of your stomach!
